BODYWORK
Acupressure
Craniosacral work
Abdominal Massage
Shiatsu
Scar Tissue Work
Breast + Chest Care
...
All those tools and more go into in-person, hands-on sessions. To serve your wholeness and wellness: thirteen years of training and practice in manual techniques of meridian and point manipulation drawn from classical Chinese medicine, the “listening hands” taught by Hugh Milne as Visionary Craniosacral work, techniques relevant to menstruation, fertility, pregnancy and postnatal work, scar tissue remediation, abdominal therapy as taught by Rosita Arvigo, Ayurvedic-informed breast and chest care, and a delicious smattering of meditative and contemplative practices.
The wisdom of these tools can be used to address a wide breadth of what we might experience as humans - physically, emotionally, poetically - and I'm here to help you do that.

FAQs
WHO IS THIS FOR?
All beings, all bodies. You are welcome.
HOURS
I see clients at 10am, 2pm, and 4pm, but I may be able to wiggle on the date you need, so feel free to ask.
Appointment only.
I post on Instagram when I do a concerted pop-up in one place, as well as write the occasional email. Please just reach out if you’re curious or interested in booking.
RATES + BOOKING
CALIFORNIA: First session $250, Subsequent sessions $225
VERMONT + MASS: First session $225, Subsequent sessions $200
LOUISIANA: First session $200, Subsequent sessions $185
TIPPING: Unlike in a spa setting, I do not expect tips. If you feel so moved as to pay more, know that those dollars will go to cover the cost of sessions for clients who cannot afford my standard rates. Which is to say: if you can pay more, you pay for others. And we thank you.
First sessions are always two hours to accommodate a proper intake and discussion of the goals of our work together. Sessions thereafter are ninety minutes. My experience teaches that deep healing and transformation happen best with at least ninety minutes, which also gives us time to put you back in the envelope so you can go gently “back” into the world.
I accept cash, checks and venmo.
—> I offer sliding scale rates to BIPOC and people who are dealing with disabilities that impact their ability to pay. Please email me directly to discuss this.
—> I offer two (total) “pay what you can” sessions total per month. Please email me directly to discuss this.
—> Booking or thinking about booking for the first time? We’ll have a free 15 minute free call to discuss your goals and see if it feels like a good match for meaningful work. This is NOT your intake - that will happen in depth in person - but just to check in before proceeding.
COVID SAFETY
I wear an n95 for all sessions. I am fully vaccinated. I make sure to have windows open whenever possible, and a 3-stage HEPA air filter going at all times in our session room.
All in-person clients must, without exception:
be masked in a properly fitted KN95 or equivalent mask at all times while in the building
provide proof of vaccination before their visit
Wait five days after return from travel and rapid-test negative before a session
cancel if any signs of illness present in you or those close to you
I am available to discuss vaccination exceptions on a case by case basis.
The other requirements are non-negotiable.
→ If you or anyone in your close circle has experienced anything like cold or flu symptoms in the last 72 hours, PLEASE STAY HOME. (Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body ache, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea.)
→ In the last two weeks, if you suspect or are aware that you were exposed to Covid-19, were sick with Covid-19, or if you are in a high risk group, PLEASE STAY HOME.
Any Covid-related cancellations will of course not be subject to a cancellation fee.
These are sideways times and we adapt!
If there are further precautions you need to feel safe, feel free to ask me about them and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Let’s keep each other safe!
“WHAT SHALL I…?”
Wear: Whatever makes you feel comfortable, that you can relax and move in, that allows me to comfortably make soft contact with your body (think: yoga pants, rather than cargo pants). Feel free to bring things to change into/out of. If you’re having an abdominal massage or doing scar tissue work, you may want to wear something that can get a little oily. For scar tissue work, you will need to disrobe to the extent that I can make contact to the skin of the scar. Otherwise, clients are fully clothed. If you generally wear a bra or binder, you may want to take it off for the length of the session (leaving your shirt on) for maximum comfort and ease of movement.
Drink: plenty of water, especially after your session. Best not to come totally caffeinated, if possible, but don’t skip if skipping will give you a headache.
Eat: Whatever you normally would. Have a little snack if you’re hungry before your session, but wait to have a full meal until after.
Bring: Nothing special! If there’s anything you know you’ll need to be comfortable, bring that.
HOW MANY SESSIONS?
As many as you’d like. People working on a specific goal will commonly come for 5 regularly spaced sessions and then pause to assess. It will depend on what you’re working with and how you’d like to work together. We discuss that in our initial booking conversation and in our first session together. (And of course, at any point in our work - it’s always useful to pause, reassess, and be sure that our path together is supporting your goals.)
If you are coming specifically for abdominal massage, there is a two session minimum. The massage includes instruction in self-care massage and the second session is to ensure your comfort with the work and continue you on a good path. For longer-term and especially fertility work, the recommended course is to start with one month of weekly sessions and/or two months of bi-weekly or monthly sessions, then reassess.
CANCELLATIONS
Please give me at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment. (This means 48 hours from the time of your appointment.) Otherwise you will be financially responsible for the time. This holds true for barter arrangements as well.
For sudden illness - or injury-related emergencies, of course there is no cancellation fee, but please let me know that you’re not coming.
CONSULTATIONS
Charged in twenty minute increments at $100/hour , these phone consultations may be used in between appointments for information on acupressure points, diet, self-care, etc. (No charge for answering brief questions – ie: “one tablespoon or two?”)
TRAVEL
I do occasionally travel with my table - this must be arranged in advance. If you’d like to book sessions for multiple people, or cannot access my office, please reach out.
I charge $100/hr for travel time.
ACCESSIBILITY
HAYDENVILLE, MA: Second floor + Wheelchair accessible, elevator + bathroom included. I share the space with another pracitioner, who allows dogs (though they will not be present during our session).
MONTPELIER: Fully wheelchair accessible space, including the bathroom. Ground floor. No animals/scents.
NEW ORLEANS: Not wheelchair accessible. One flight of stairs up to the session room. No animals/scents.
English is my first language, but I have conversational ASL, French, and Spanish, and a tidbit of a handful of other languages - and, of course, am very available to figure out whatever works for communicating comfortably for YOU. I’ve done sessions that included translators, aides, keyboards, word pads, voice machines, you name it. If you can be clear with me about what you need, I’ll do my very best to meet you there.
Queer friendly, kink- and poly-fluent.
Whoever you are, you are welcome here.
